Digital Creatives Meetup

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending my very first Digital Creatives/Digital Dabblers meetup at Honey Latte Cafe in the Eastside. I managed to chat with Daniel, who is on the board of the nonprofit who organizes the biweekly meetup. Daniel is an animator and the nonprofit’s mission in their own words is:

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit member-supported community that provides high-quality education, workshops, and mentoring programs for digital creatives of all skill levels, abilities, backgrounds, and financial means. We collaborate on projects with measurable social impact, while inspiring each other to learn, make friends, and experience personal growth!

They offer a ton of cool workshops on content creation and animation at their physical location - at the time of this publication the membership runs you $30 a month.
